Japanese Customer:

Last week, our Japanese client visited our factory.

During the visit, they saw that we had already developed more than a dozen Disney-style carabiner designs, with real samples on hand — not just drawings or concepts.

We talked through materials, surface finishes, and how these carabiners are used in licensed products and promotional items.

After seeing the samples and understanding our production process, the client decided to place a deposit on the spot.

For us, this moment wasn’t about speed — it was about preparation.

When customers can see real products, real craftsmanship, and a factory that understands licensing standards and consistency, decisions become much easier.

That’s why we keep investing in design development, sampling, and stable production, long before an order comes in.

UK Customer:

The customer found us through our website and inquired about prices. They were interested in three types of climbing carabiners, requiring only black or silver models and needing prompt delivery. After providing a solution based on their needs, the customer quickly made the payment. This truly surprised us; we hadn’t expected such trust. Of course, we also delivered the goods quickly and on time to the UK. It was a win-win situation. We are grateful for the customer’s trust; they transferred the payment without asking any questions.

Korean Customer

This client needed to purchase tension buckles and flew directly from Shandong to visit us. It turned out this was a custom-made product requiring a mold. The client transferred the mold fee without hesitation after returning home.

However, the client had very high requirements, so several problems arose that needed to be resolved.

The client didn’t have any actual color samples, only pictures for color matching. Initially, the sample we made was gunmetal, but the client felt it wasn’t high-end enough and wanted to change the color of the nuts. Because the client was in a hurry, we worked overtime to make a sample for them. The color was changed to matte black, and the nuts to dark blue, creating a more sophisticated look. The client was very satisfied.

However, the client wasn’t satisfied with the logo and had a very complex request. The logo area on the mold needed to be polished to make the logo lettering stand out and add a fashionable design. To avoid errors, we asked the client to provide a similar template as a reference, and the final design was approved by the client.

The client exclaimed that our product was even better than Black Diamond. Those who came to see our production samples said it was even better than Black Diamond.
